With a robust academic background in Social Sciences, Marketing, and Psychology, I am currently managing and executing three government-funded mental health projects. As a seasoned Teaching Assistant at HKUST and EdUHK, I have enriched the academic journey of undergraduates.

My research, conducted in Hong Kong, the UK, Japan, and Taiwan, has yielded several peer-reviewed articles.

As a dedicated advocate for knowledge dissemination, I am regularly invited to speak at a variety of workshops and conferences, engaging diverse audiences ranging from academic peers to the general public.

I believe empirical research is a powerful tool for driving meaningful societal change.
